Theft is Never Justified

Theft is despicable. I'm not saying that it's necessarily worse than assault or murder, but while those actions may be the result of elevated passions in the heat of the moment, theft rarely is. Theft is a cold, calculated act designed to deprive an individual of their owned property. Perhaps the only thing more contemptible than theft for the sake of self-enrichment is theft done with a veneer of sanctity. A group of so-called "Christian Anarchists" recently revealed themselves to be nothing but a gang of thieves and punks when they ripped off a mall kiosk owner by stealing $2,000 worth of calendars. Their justification? The calendars featured bikini models and cheerleaders. The real result? The theft cost the kiosk owner all her profits for the season and made her unable to give her employees a Christmas bonus. These self-righteous criminals should be hunted down and brought to justice. If the scene of the crime weren't 2,000 miles away, I'd gladly volunteer to do exactly that.
